
Changan’s premium electric vehicle sub-brand Nevo has entered the Nepali market with the launch of the Nevo Q05 electric SUV. The model is being sold in Nepal under the Deepal Nevo Q05 name by MAW Vriddhi, the authorized distributor of Changan vehicles in the country.
The Q05 is available in two variants: Max and Ultra. The Max is priced at Rs 46.99 lakh, while the Ultra costs Rs 49.99 lakh. These introductory prices are valid only during the NADA Auto Show period.
After the NADA Auto Show, the price of the Max variant will increase to Rs 48.99 lakh, while the Ultra will be priced at Rs 51.99 lakh.
Futuristic Exterior Design
The Nevo Q05 is based on Changan’s latest Digital Wing 2.0 design language, giving the SUV a sleek and futuristic appearance.
At the front, it features a full-width star-ring LED light strip, matrix LED headlights and a closed grille. The side profile gets flowing character lines and aerodynamic wheel arches, while the rear features a connected LED tail-light bar.
Measuring 4,435mm in length, 1,855mm in width and 1,600mm in height, the Q05 has a 2,735mm wheelbase and offers 185mm of ground clearance.
51.9kWh Battery and 462km Range
The Q05 is equipped with a 51.9kWh Golden Shield 2.0 LFP battery pack. According to the company, it delivers a claimed 462km range under the NEDC testing cycle on a full charge.
The SUV supports 162kW DC fast charging, allowing the battery to charge from 30% to 80% in around 15 minutes.
Power comes from a 120kW electric motor producing approximately 163hp and 190Nm of torque. The Q05 can accelerate from 0 to 100km/h in 8.2 seconds.

Premium Interior and Technology
Inside, the Q05 gets a modern and premium cabin centered around a 14.6-inch central touchscreen and a 10.17-inch digital instrument cluster.
Key features include Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, 50W wireless charging, a built-in dashcam, 3D 540-degree camera, smartphone-based connectivity, Bluetooth key, OTA updates and 256-color ambient lighting.
The SUV offers 540 liters of boot space along with 27 storage compartments throughout the cabin.

Safety and ADAS
Safety equipment includes six airbags, a 540-degree camera system and a comprehensive suite of Level 2 ADAS features with more than 18 functions.
With its combination of a relatively large body, long claimed range, fast charging capability, premium technology and aggressive introductory pricing, the Deepal Nevo Q05 is positioned as a strong contender in Nepal’s growing electric SUV market.
