The updated T-03 will be available for sale in Nepal within the next two weeks. This small electric car is known for its big battery and is already available in over 20 countries worldwide.
The Leapmotor T-03 comes with a 37 kWh battery, giving it a driving range of about 265km WLTP on a full charge and 70 kW motor power with 158 Nm torque.
Since its launch in China in 2020, more than 200,000 units of the T-03 have been sold. In Nepal, the car will be priced under 30 lakh rupees, according to the company.
The updated T-03 now includes the “iFlytek 3.0 Voice Interaction System,” which allows hands-free control of phone calls, navigation, media, and other features using voice commands.
Designed with a classic look, the T-03 is built on Leapmotor’s special “Proprietary Electrification Chassis Technology.” The company claims that the motor in this car has a 93% high efficiency.
The new T-03 also introduces a mobile app that can control air conditioning, pre-heat the battery, and check the vehicle’s status. However, it is not yet confirmed whether these features will be available in the Nepali version.
With its “Four-in-One Integrated Electric Control System,” the T-03 keeps its weight low while offering a spacious interior. The car comes with three driving modes: Eco, Standard, and Sports.
