Royal Enfield has started 2025 with a new bike launch: the Scram 440. It comes in two versions: Trail and Force. The Trail variant uses wire-spoked wheels, while the Force variant has alloy wheels, making it easier to use tubeless tires.






Key Features:
- Engine: The Scram 440 has a 443cc air/oil-cooled engine producing 25.4hp and 34Nm of torque.
- Gearbox: It gets a 6-speed gearbox, an upgrade from the 5-speed in the previous 411cc model.
- Safety and Lighting: Both versions come with switchable ABS and LED headlights as standard.
- Chassis: The frame is stronger, allowing for a top box at the back, with a carrying capacity of 10kg.
- Weight: Fully fueled, the bike weighs 197kg, just 2kg more than the Scram 411.
Variants and Pricing:
The bike comes in five colors:
- Trail variant: Blue and Green
- Force variant: Blue, Teal, and Grey
Prices in India range from ₹2.08 lakh to ₹2.15 lakh, just ₹2,000–₹3,000 more than the Scram 411.
Availability in Nepal:
While Royal Enfield hasn’t officially announced the Scram 440 for Nepal yet, the launch is likely soon, considering the popularity of the brand in the region.
