Chinese EV startup Leapmotor is preparing to introduce its latest electric SUV, the Leapmotor B03, in the Nepali market.

Leapmotor’s authorized distributor in Nepal, Shangrila Motors, has confirmed that the new model has already departed China and is currently on its way to Nepal. Interestingly, the SUV is sold as the A10 in the Chinese market but will be introduced in Nepal under the B03 name.

According to the company, the Leapmotor B03 will be officially unveiled during the NAIMA Mobility Expo, which begins on August 10. The electric SUV will be available in two variants, offering different battery capacities and feature packages to cater to a wider range of customers.
Designed for everyday practicality while delivering modern electric mobility, the Leapmotor B03 is built on the brand’s next-generation vehicle architecture. The SUV made its global debut at the Guangzhou Auto Show, showcasing Leapmotor’s latest design language and technology.

Powering the B03 is a 100 kW front-wheel-drive electric motor that produces 200 Nm of torque, promising a balanced combination of performance and efficiency for urban and highway driving.
The SUV also comes equipped with a range of premium features, including 18-inch alloy wheels, a 14.6-inch 2.5K HD touchscreen infotainment system, Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), and a spacious 510-liter luggage compartment.
Leapmotor currently offers three models in Nepal—the B10, C10, and T03. With the addition of the new B03, the company aims to further strengthen its presence in Nepal’s rapidly growing electric vehicle market.
