The 2026 NADA Auto Show, Nepal’s largest automobile exhibition, begins today at Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu, bringing together more than 50 automobile brands and a wide range of new vehicles and automotive products.
The 18th edition of the NADA Auto Show, organized by the NADA Automobiles Association of Nepal (NADA), will be inaugurated at 10:30 AM by Vice President Ram Sahaya Prasad Yadav.
This year’s event is particularly significant as NADA celebrates its 50th anniversary. The association has said it has planned a larger and more impressive exhibition to mark the milestone.
The six-day event will run until August 14, featuring more than 200 stalls covering passenger vehicles, two-wheelers, commercial vehicles, banks and insurance companies, auto components, garage equipment and other automotive products.
More Than a Dozen New Models
A total of 53 brands from the passenger car, two-wheeler and commercial vehicle segments are participating in this year’s auto show. More than a dozen new models are expected to be launched during the event.
One of the major highlights will be the Yatri P2, an electric scooter developed and manufactured in Nepal. The model will be among the key attractions of the exhibition.
The participating brands are showcasing a wide range of electric, hybrid, petrol and commercial vehicles, giving visitors an opportunity to compare different products and technologies under one roof.
Exhibition Divided Into Five Sections
The exhibition venue has been divided into five major sections: passenger vehicles, two-wheelers, financial institutions, auto parts and garage equipment, and the “Made in Nepal/Made for Nepal” and International Business pavilions.
The vehicle, banking, insurance, service and parts sections have also been arranged to make it easier for potential buyers to gather information about vehicle prices, financing options, insurance and after-sales services.
Visitor Facilities
NADA says the exhibition venue has been designed to be wheelchair-friendly, with adequate lighting, air conditioning and ventilation.
Parking facilities for visitors will be available at the underground parking area of the Nepal Police Club’s Blue Pavilion and the National Trading premises at Singha Durbar.
The exhibition will also feature a traffic management information desk, media desk, cafeteria and emergency medical services. CCTV surveillance and fire-control systems have also been installed across the venue.
Ticket Price
The entry fee for general visitors has been set at Rs 200, while students can enter for Rs 150.
Visitors can purchase tickets online through the Khalti app.

With a combination of new vehicle launches, electric mobility, commercial vehicles, financial services and automotive technology, NADA Auto Show 2026 is expected to be one of the biggest automotive events in Nepal this year.
