Yadea has expanded its electric two-wheeler lineup in Nepal with the launch of three new electric scooters. The company’s authorized distributor in Nepal, Kuzu Nepal, has introduced the GS70, GT70, and GT80, targeting riders with different performance and range requirements.
The newly launched lineup includes models designed for everyday commuting, long-range riding, and high-performance use.
Yadea has priced the GS70 at Rs. 230,000, the GT80 at Rs. 330,000, and the GT70 at Rs. 365,000.
GS70: Practical Scooter for Daily Commuting
Positioned as the entry-level model for regular use, the Yadea GS70 is powered by a 2.8 kW peak power electric motor paired with a 2.1 kWh LFP battery.
According to the company, the scooter offers a claimed range of up to 105 km on a full charge, making it suitable for daily urban commuting.
GT70: Long-Range Electric Scooter
The GT70 is the long-range model in Yadea’s latest lineup. It features a 3.7 kW peak power motor combined with a 5.7 kWh LFP battery pack.
Yadea claims the scooter can travel up to 220 km on a single charge, making it ideal for riders looking for extended range between charging sessions.
GT80: Performance-Focused Variant
The GT80 is designed for riders seeking higher performance. It is equipped with a 5 kW peak power motor and a 3.6 kWh LFP battery.
The company claims the scooter can deliver a driving range of up to 150 km on a full charge while offering stronger acceleration and improved performance.
Modern Features Across the Lineup
Yadea has equipped its new scooter range with a host of advanced features, including traction control, hill hold assist, cruise control, and dual disc brakes.
Depending on the variant, buyers will also get features such as a TFT digital display, smart connectivity functions, and dual-battery options, offering a more premium riding experience.
With three distinct models catering to different customer needs and price points, Yadea aims to strengthen its presence in Nepal’s rapidly growing electric two-wheeler market.
