Chinese EV manufacturer Leapmotor has chosen Nepal as the first international market for its all-electric SUV, the Leapmotor B10. The model was officially unveiled today by its authorized distributor in Nepal, Shangrila Motors.
Originally launched in China in April 2025, the B10 is also set to enter the European market soon, backed by major automotive investor Stellantis Group. However, due to the timing of the NAIMA Mobility Expo, Nepal becomes the first country outside China to begin B10 sales.
“We’re starting B10 sales in Nepal before any other international market, thanks to the Mobility Expo’s early timing. It’s a proud moment for us,” said Hemant Golchha, Managing Director of Shangrila Motors.
While full specifications have been revealed, official pricing will be announced during the NAIMA Mobility Expo next week.

The B10 is powered by a 160 kW rear-mounted motor, delivering 240 Nm of peak torque. The rear-wheel-drive setup promises strong driving performance, especially on urban and semi-urban roads.
