Sunlong Electric Microvans EVU1 and EVU2 to Debut at NAIMA Mobility Expo 2025

Two electric microvans from the Chinese commercial vehicle brand Sunlong are set to be unveiled at the upcoming NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2025, starting Shrawan 21 (August 5) in Kathmandu.

The vehicles are being introduced in Nepal by Blue Corporation Pvt. Ltd., part of the Weber Group. The company will showcase Sunlong EVU1 (12-seater) and Sunlong EVU2 (13-seater) electric microvans at the expo.

Battery, Range & Performance

  • The EVU1 is equipped with a 46.36 kWh battery, while the EVU2 features a 50.23 kWh battery.
  • Both models are powered by an 80 kW electric motor.
  • Claimed driving range is 325 km for the EVU1 and 350 km for the EVU2 on a full charge.

With 15-inch wheels and a ground clearance of 180 mm, these microvans are designed for both urban and suburban routes.

  • Seatbelt warning system

Charging & Pricing

Buyers will receive both a 3.3 kW portable charger and a 6.6 kW wall-mounted charger with the vehicle.

The company has announced official pricing:

  • Sunlong EVU1 (12-seater): NPR 47,47,000
  • Sunlong EVU2 (13-seater): NPR 51,51,000
