Cimex Inc., the authorized distributor of BYD vehicles in Nepal, has officially launched the much-anticipated BYD Sealion 7 in the Nepali market. The premium electric SUV has been introduced at an introductory price of NPR 72.99 Lakhs.
Positioned as BYD’s second electric SUV offering in Nepal, the Sealion 7 was first showcased during last year’s NADA Auto Show. Nearly 11 months later, the vehicle is now officially available for purchase.

The BYD Sealion 7 EV is a mid-to-large-size electric SUV with impressive dimensions. It measures 4,830mm in length, 1,925mm in width, and 1,620mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,930mm — ensuring a spacious interior and a bold road presence.
Powering the SUV is a robust 71.8 kWh battery pack, providing a solid range suitable for both urban and long-distance drives. The Sealion 7 is built on BYD’s e-Platform 3.0 EVO and incorporates the brand’s advanced Cell-to-Body (CTB) technology, offering enhanced safety and structural integrity.
